I love the idea of using wheat flour in baked goods, tbh - ever since I discovered that if you buy <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atta_flour" rel="nofollow">your whole-wheat flour from an Indian grocery</a>, it'll be as finely ground as white flour, I've been throwing it in just about everything. (Why on earth have we allowed American companies to act like it's impossible to grind wheat flour finely? It turns out it's complete bullshit.)
