We at A Book of Cookrye recently featured the
surprisingly easy Italian dressing. As noted, we've been using it as a marinade, cooking sauce, and for so many other things that we decided to just make it ourselves. I mean, all you do is put stuff in a bottle and shake it, right?
Wrong! It turns out the people doing it in factories add something so their Italian dressing doesn't do this in the refrigerator.
